We’ll start with an initial chat- either over coffee, zoom or messages- whatever feels easiest for you. During this stage, I’ll get to know your vision, colour palette, venue and overall vibe. If you’re still refining your ideas, I’ll send through inspiration files and curated moodboards to help guide you. This is where your floral story begins.

Once we share a clear understanding of your vision, I’ll prepare your personalised quote.
To finalise your booking and secure your date, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. This locks me in as your florist and ensures your date won’t be booked by anyone else.
With your vision established, I’ll create a tailored moodboard to bring everything to life visually- from colours to texture to overall atmosphere.

Once your booking is confirmed, you can sit back & relax.
Behind the scenes, I’ll begin refining your floral designs, planning logistics, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring every detail aligns with your vision.
From here, your florals are in safe hands.

Around 2-3 weeks before your wedding, we’ll have a final consultation to go over every detail- colours, layouts, timings, delivery, installations, and any last minute adjustments.
This ensures everything is perfect, seamless & ready for your day.
